the hotel was clean, facilities were very well maintained, excellent location very close to several shopping centers with familiar stores and restaurants and norfolk, the oceanfront and great shopping at the malls. got a warm breakfast included.

The hotel with unique rooms, in a very nice area, to everything very well maintained. Central location and reasonably priced hotel itself. Nearby Anchor Allie's - great place to chill out.

The pool area was a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. It was great that I could check in online and bypass the front desk. The rooms were clean and cozy. Awesome for winding down after a busy day!

Great Amenities and Convenient Location

I enjoyed my stay with the spacious and cozy room that was perfect for my family. The hotel's location was excellent, with various dining options just a short walk away. The complimentary breakfast was great with plenty of hot choices available each morning. The only downside was that the indoor pool felt a bit crowded at times .

Breakfast options were limited was great. The seating area was a bit isolated, and the staff's attitude could have been more inviting during check-in.

The room felt cozy and had a comfortable bed, perfect for winding down after exploring the area. I loved the layout of the room, and the shower pressure was fantastic! I faced a bit of an issue with housekeeping. I expected service every other day, yet my room wasn't cleaned until day five. It would have been nice to have that addressed sooner, especially since we needed fresh towels and to empty overflowing trash. The breakfast was decent, but I wished for a bit more variety in the options offered. Nevertheless, the location was great, close to shopping and dining were good. It was a pleasant stay, but improvements in housekeeping consistency and breakfast variety would enhance the experience.

A culinary dream near the beach! Anchor's Allie was a highlight with killer breakfast bites. The comfy queen beds. Plus, the pool was a total win for the kids!

Had a few hiccups like a bathroom fan that wasn't working and pesky towel shortages.

Stayed at hyatt place for 3 nights and loved the location. It was close to great restaurants like anchor's allie and california piazza kitchen, perfect for family meals. Our queen room was spacious with a cozy sofa bed. The staff treated us so well. Always friendly and helpful.
